Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for high-demand technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps) using advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Develop deep expertise in niche tech stacks including cloud architecture, AI/ML, and cybersecurity
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize candidate pipelines
- Leverage ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track KPIs and improve conversion rates
- Mentor junior recruiters and implement innovative sourcing strategies
- Represent Apex at industry events and tech meetups to build employer branding
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in placing specialized roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and compliance with EEOC regulations
- Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value candidates
- Certification (CPER, CTS, or similar) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in Georgia's tech market
