Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Software Engineering, IT Support, and Data Science.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key accounts.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the end-to-end placement process, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Provide market feedback and salary benchmarking to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill technical roles and managing high-volume requisitions.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and technical job roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse pipeline of candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
