Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles (Java, Python, DevOps, etc.)
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs and culture fit
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments with precision
- Leverage ATS (Greenhouse, Lever) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Track KPIs: time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, candidate satisfaction
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or high-growth tech environment
- Proven track record placing software engineers, DevOps, and data professionals
- Expert knowledge of Boston's tech talent landscape and competitive compensation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Proficiency with recruitment tools (Boolean search, CRM systems)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification preferred
