Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Manage the candidate experience with professionalism, from initial contact to onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close top talent.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines.
