Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions.
- Source and identify passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for our client base.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement quotas.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Lever.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
