Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, social networking, and industry networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through targeted outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide weekly reports on pipeline status and hiring progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in software engineering, IT, or technical operations roles.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical skill sets.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid environment.
