We're seeking a dynamic Senior Technical Recruiter to build our Miami practice. You'll drive full-cycle recruitment for AI, cybersecurity, and software engineering roles while mentoring junior recruiters and optimizing our talent acquisition strategy. Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers at top Miami-based tech companies
- Build and expand our passive talent pipeline through creative sourcing strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in technical recruitment
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation benchmarks and talent strategies
- Optimize recruitment processes using our ATS and data-driven insights
- Represent Apex Talent Partners at local tech meetups and industry events
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with a focus on software engineering/AI roles
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level tech positions in South Florida
- Expert knowledge of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Familiarity with technical interview processes and assessment methodologies
- Strong understanding of in-demand tech stacks (Python, React, AWS, ML frameworks)
- Experience with recruitment metrics and pipeline optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
