Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Develop strategic talent pipelines for AI/ML, DevOps, and cybersecurity positions
- Collaborate with CTOs and engineering leads to define hiring requirements
- Leverage Boolean/X-Ray searching and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive talent
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate competencies
- Negotiate competitive offers and manage candidate onboarding
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in SF Bay Area tech sector
- Proven track record closing 15+ technical roles/month
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM tools
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring cycles simultaneously
