Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from defining job requirements to extending offers and onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, networking) to identify passive candidates in the Dallas market.
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and market trends.
- Develop a deep understanding of specific technical skill sets, including Software Development, Network Engineering, and Project Management.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of salary trends and competitive intelligence in the Dallas tech sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Staffing Consultant within the Dallas, TX area.
- Proven success in placing candidates in IT and Engineering roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
