Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with tech startups and Fortune 500 companies
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub) to identify passive candidates
- Lead interview coordination and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring funnels and reduce time-to-fill
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity and compliance
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill tech roles across multiple domains
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and CRM tools
- Strong understanding of technical skills and interview methodologies
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with both candidates and clients
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines while maintaining quality
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CSP, or CTS preferred)
