Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and optimize recruitment strategies
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and ensure compliance
- Build relationships with industry professionals and participate in tech community events
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in Silicon Valley tech roles
- Expert knowledge of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut) and Boolean search techniques
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to assess candidate competencies and cultural fit
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification a plus
