Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial screening to offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 30+ Raleigh-based tech companies
- Implement data-driven sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and niche platforms
- Maintain accurate candidate pipeline in our ATS with 95%+ data integrity
- Lead quarterly talent pipeline reviews and market trend analyses
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and industry insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in Raleigh/Durham market
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent (Python, AWS, ML/AI)
- Advanced knowledge of Boolean search strings and Boolean operators
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate engineering competencies and architecture
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
