Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles across AI, cloud, and cybersecurity domains
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from pipeline development to offer negotiation
- Develop deep partnerships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Leverage Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify niche talent
- Maintain accurate ATS data and generate weekly performance analytics
- Lead diversity initiatives to build inclusive tech teams
- Conduct technical interviews and skill assessments
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/enterprise clients
- Expert knowledge of Miami's tech ecosystem and talent market
- Proven success in closing hard-to-fill engineering roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- Technical understanding of Python, AWS, and DevOps practices
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
