Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Strategic sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for 15+ client partnerships
- Conduct technical interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate competency
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages while maintaining candidate satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using Greenhouse and Lever ATS
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in Chicago market
- Expert knowledge of software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or similar certification preferred
- Strong network of passive tech candidates across Illinois tech ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting in high-volume environments
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
