Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineering candidates across Boston's tech corridor
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data Science)
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15-20 tech clients in Cambridge, Kendall Square, and Seaport District
- Implement advanced Boolean search techniques and leverage niche platforms like GitHub and Stack Overflow
- Lead technical interview coordination and provide actionable feedback to candidates and clients
- Analyze market trends to position Boston talent competitively in national tech markets
- Maintain 95% placement success rate through meticulous candidate matching and client alignment
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with Boston-based tech companies or agencies
- Proven track record of placing specialized engineering roles (Python, React, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms
- Deep understanding of Boston's tech landscape, including key employers and salary benchmarks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
