Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across AI, cybersecurity, and software engineering domains
- Develop strategic recruitment plans with enterprise clients in Albuquerque's thriving tech corridor
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from requisition to placement using cutting-edge ATS platforms
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines through targeted networking and innovative sourcing techniques
- Collaborate with account managers to deliver exceptional client experiences and retention rates
- Analyze market trends to position candidates for competitive compensation packages
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through transparent communication and personalized support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven placement success in IT/tech roles
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche sourcing platforms
- Strong client management skills with demonstrated ability to build executive relationships
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) and data-driven recruitment metrics
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites in Albuquerque metro area
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
