Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for AI/ML, DevOps, and cybersecurity roles
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through niche sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to define requirements and deliver talent solutions
- Lead interview processes and provide strategic hiring recommendations
- Utilize Lever and Greenhouse ATS to optimize recruitment workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters on technical assessment methodologies
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation strategies and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/ML or cybersecurity focus
- Expert knowledge of Denver's tech ecosystem and local talent pools
- Proven success in high-volume recruitment (50+ placements/year)
- Advanced proficiency in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent certification
- Experience with Lever or Greenhouse ATS systems
- Strong understanding of technical skills assessments and coding challenges
- Exceptional stakeholder management with enterprise clients
