Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across engineering disciplines (DevOps, SRE, Full Stack, etc.)
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and candidate assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume tech roles
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with tech hiring managers
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment funnels
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing methodologies
- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in Seattle's tech ecosystem
- Proven track record placing software engineers at mid-to-senior levels
- Expertise with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Deep understanding of technical stacks and hiring requirements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to evaluate technical proficiency through whiteboarding
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline optimization
