Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier engineering talent across Silicon Valley using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for AI, cloud, and cybersecurity positions with 15+ open requisitions
- Develop deep client partnerships to understand technical hiring needs and company culture
- Lead interview loops and coordinate hiring team feedback with structured debriefs
- Optimize recruitment funnels using data-driven analytics to improve time-to-hire metrics
- Maintain ATS compliance and ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/ML or cloud engineering focus
- Proven success placing senior engineers at Bay Area startups and public companies
- Expert knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for complex engineering roles
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 50+ successful placements in the last 3 years
