Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for specialized technical roles using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for enterprise clients in fintech and SaaS sectors
- Develop strategic talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions (DevOps, ML Engineering)
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new client opportunities and contract values
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives to expand candidate pools
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction score through personalized onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/enterprise clients
- Proven track record placing engineers in cloud/AI roles ($120K+ salaries)
- Expert knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM tools
- Technical fluency to screen candidates across Python, AWS, Kubernetes
