In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top-tier candidates, and closing high-value placements. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where your impact directly influences our clients' success.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and product management roles.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social networking to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against technical and cultural competencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates in a competitive market.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or agency recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC, Agile, and modern tech stacks (React, Node, Python, etc.).
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
