Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews for prospective job candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent by actively sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and networking.
- Match qualified candidates to open job orders and coordinate the interview process between clients and candidates.
- Manage candidate data and job orders within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with high accuracy.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Develop strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and provide staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Human Resources is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client and candidate interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
