Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Utilize advanced search techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.) to identify passive talent.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions to ensure timely fill rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry networking events.
