In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. You will leverage your expertise in technical roles to build a robust talent pipeline and drive business growth for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, Developers, and IT Specialists.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events, to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
