Your Mission:
As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full lifecycle of recruitment for our key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive candidates in Long Beach and the wider LA area.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at top-tier tech firms, acting as a strategic partner in talent acquisition.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct rigorous technical and behavioral interviews to ensure a perfect fit for both role and culture.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and technical skills to provide market intelligence to clients.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and support throughout the placement process.
- Contract Management: Manage compliance and onboarding for temporary and contract placements to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a staffing agency or high-volume corporate environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (e.g., Full Stack, DevOps, QA, Data).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Long Beach, CA.
