Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for senior software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop strategic sourcing pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech forums
- Manage client relationships with 15-20 Fortune 500 tech partners in Charlotte
- Lead technical interview panels and collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements
- Optimize recruitment funnel metrics including time-to-fill and candidate quality scores
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and compliance standards
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation benchmarks and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven SaaS/hardware placements
- Expertise in recruiting for cloud (AWS/Azure), AI/ML, and full-stack development roles
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong network within Charlotte's tech community (meetups, conferences)
- Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor partnerships
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements
