Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer negotiation
- Develop strategic partnerships with Boston's top tech companies
- Leverage ATS and sourcing tools to optimize recruitment efficiency
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in CRM systems
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in Boston's tech market
- Proven track record placing software engineers and data professionals
- Expertise with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.)
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification a plus
