Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social networking, LinkedIn Recruiter) to build robust talent pipelines.
- Manage the entire candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a seamless application process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and assess cultural fit.
- Market our agency’s capabilities to prospective clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT, Engineering, or Healthcare roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
