Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral assessments
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with Seattle-based tech companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition to offer negotiation
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize recruitment workflows
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) for candidate pipeline management
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in Seattle's tech ecosystem
- Proven track record placing engineers at companies like Amazon, Microsoft, or Tableau
- Expert knowledge of engineering stacks (Java, Python, cloud technologies)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified in recruitment methodologies (e.g., CTS, CSP)
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment analytics
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring campaigns for multiple clients
