Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events in the Bay Area.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical requirements.
- Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end placement process from requisition to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide weekly status reports to leadership.
- Represent TechHire Solutions at industry job fairs and networking mixers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong knowledge of the tech stack, including JavaScript, Python, Java, and cloud technologies.
- Proven track record of closing high-volume roles within the staffing agency sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple competing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
