Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 technical roles monthly
- Develop deep partnerships with Raleigh-area tech companies
- Conduct technical interviews and skill assessments
- Optimize ATS workflows and candidate pipelines
- Mentor junior recruiters on modern sourcing techniques
- Drive diversity initiatives in technical hiring
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven placement records
- Expert knowledge of Raleigh's tech ecosystem (RTP, startups, SAS)
- Technical fluency in software development methodologies
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Portfolio of 50+ successful technical placements
