- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for high-demand skill sets
- Partner with clients to define hiring needs and optimize recruitment processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in Georgia's competitive market
- Proven expertise in sourcing AI/ML, DevOps, and cybersecurity professionals
- Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with Fortune 500 clients
- Technical aptitude to evaluate complex engineering skill sets
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
