Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview technical talent (Software Engineers, IT Support, Data Analysts) to fulfill client requirements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including building talent pipelines, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical nuances and project needs.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of salary trends and competitor activity in the Fresno area.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach to candidate management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings in the Central Valley.
