Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for specialized technical roles using advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to validate candidate expertise
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to placement with 30-day average fill time
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 and startup clients
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies and talent mapping
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through transparent communication and exceptional experience
- Lead employer branding initiatives at tech meetups and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with software engineering, data science, or cybersecurity roles
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and recruitment analytics
- Deep understanding of technical stacks: Java, Python, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools
- Proven track record placing candidates at companies like KeyCorp, Hyland, and JumpStart
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent certification preferred
