Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and IT Managers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive screening interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing client requirements.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
