Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for specialized technical positions, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Infrastructure.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and talent gaps.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure candidate fit.
- Guide candidates through the interview process and negotiate offers to secure top talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote open positions and employer branding initiatives.
- Track key metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline velocity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical staffing or corporate recruiting.
- Proven ability to source and place hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical job functions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel within the New Orleans metro area.
