Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for 15+ technical roles monthly across AI, blockchain, and SaaS sectors
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Lead candidate assessment processes including technical screenings and behavioral interviews
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers at portfolio companies
- Optimize recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and diversity KPIs
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and market intelligence
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives through tech meetups and content creation
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in Silicon Valley
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find AI/ML and cloud infrastructure talent
- Deep understanding of technical evaluation frameworks for senior-level roles
- Track record of exceeding placement targets in competitive markets
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms
- Strong network of Bay Area tech professionals and hiring managers
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related technical field preferred
