Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, social networking, and direct outreach, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough candidate evaluations to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop recruitment strategies that drive business growth.
- Manage candidate relationships through the entire hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical staffing or recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT, Engineering, or Skilled Trades roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting methodologies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the Oklahoma City market is a plus.
