Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates for senior-level software engineering positions
- Managing full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer negotiation
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Boolean search strategies
- Conducting technical interviews and skills assessments
- Maintaining accurate pipeline metrics in ATS systems
- Mentoring junior recruiters on industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in the DMV market
- Expertise in sourcing for AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity roles
- Proven track record placing candidates at companies like Amazon Web Services, Capital One, or Lockheed Martin
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment in agency or corporate environments
