Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for high-demand technical roles across AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies leveraging Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech platforms
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings with candidates to assess skills and cultural fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Analyze market trends and competitor compensation packages to optimize hiring strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate pipeline data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering roles
- Proven track record placing candidates in AI, DevOps, or full-stack development positions
- Expert knowledge of Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and compensation benchmarks
- Certified in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
