Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche developer communities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including phone screens, technical assessments, and final interviews
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity positions
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and compensation packages
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive intelligence on compensation benchmarks and in-demand skills
- Mentor junior recruiters on technical screening methodologies and candidate evaluation frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record placing software engineers
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through technical communities and Boolean search strategies
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruitment analytics
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, AWS, Kubernetes, React, etc.)
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Experience working with staffing agency models and contract-to-hire placements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quarterly KPIs
