Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for AI, Cloud, and Software Engineering roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments and candidate interviews
- Manage client relationships and consult on talent market trends
- Optimize recruitment funnels using data-driven analytics
- Mentor junior recruiters and champion DEI initiatives
- Expand talent pipeline through industry networking and events
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles
- Proven success placing candidates at FAANG-scale companies
- Mastery of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong understanding of technical skill assessments
- Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities
- BA/BS degree or equivalent industry certifications
