Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, data scientists, and product managers across Boston's tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation using Lever and Greenhouse ATS
- Develop deep partnerships with Boston-area tech companies including HubSpot, Wayfair, and DraftKings
- Lead technical interview processes and collaborate with hiring managers on assessment criteria
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of passive candidates through targeted sourcing strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize recruitment workflows using data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success placing software engineers
- Expert knowledge of Boston's tech market and startup landscape
- Proficiency in Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub sourcing
- Experience conducting technical interviews and assessing coding challenges
- Strong negotiation skills with track record of closing competitive offers
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related technical field
- SHRM-SPHR or CTS certification preferred
