Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech platforms including GitHub, Stack Overflow, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and skills assessments for software engineering roles
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand specialties (AI/ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize recruitment strategies
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics for senior-level positions
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and improve conversion rates
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in placing senior software engineers
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Java, Python, React, AWS, Kubernetes) and hiring methodologies
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding
- Proficiency in Boolean search strings and sourcing techniques for passive candidates
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and salary benchmarks
- Certification in technical recruiting (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives and inclusive hiring practices
