What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to match candidates with open positions.
- Source potential candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with branch managers to understand client needs and market demands.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruiting goals to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- No prior recruiting experience is required; we provide paid training.
