Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical roles across multiple departments.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent specific to the Long Beach and Southern California market.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial application through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing technical candidates in software, engineering, or IT roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Long Beach and Southern California job market is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting CRMs (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Avion).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
