Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for night shift and 24/7 operational roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and pipeline development.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market trends.
- Coordinate candidate schedules and facilitate the placement of temporary and permanent staff.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or GED required.
