Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for night-shift and 24/7 operational roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and candidate tracking during off-peak hours.
- Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline through networking, social media engagement, and cold outreach.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand unique staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit, culture alignment, and technical skills.
- Coordinate background checks and offer negotiations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, maintaining high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles within a staffing agency environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- High level of reliability and self-motivation essential for night shift performance.
