Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct rigorous interviews to assess skills, availability, and cultural fit for night shift roles.
- Shift Scheduling: Utilize scheduling software to assign shifts to warehouse, logistics, and support staff efficiently.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs regarding night shift coverage and staffing ratios.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the paperwork and orientation process for new hires starting late shifts.
- Performance Monitoring: Track attendance and productivity metrics for night shift employees to ensure quality service.
- Issue Resolution: Address any emergencies or staffing gaps that arise during the night shift immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
