Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in overnight positions across Kansas metro area
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for night shift roles including logistics, warehousing, and healthcare support
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipeline through strategic sourcing and networking
- Conduct thorough interviews, skills assessments, and background verifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates, manage job orders, and ensure data accuracy
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Proven ability to source candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Strong knowledge of Kansas City's labor market and industry trends
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for candidate meetings
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
